It’s an L3e electric moped with a 56 mph top speed and twin removable batteries giving up to ~65 miles of range — built for high-earning riders on long shifts.
A CBT (or A1 licence) plus a UK provisional/full licence is required, minimum age 17. Like every Otto vehicle it’s fully electric, so there’s no ULEZ or congestion charge. Collect from the Hammersmith workshop, usually the day after reserving, and deliver for Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Stuart or Relay.
