Cycl Carr-E
Italian-made, light and nimble, with oversized racks and no licence needed. Start delivering this week — all-inclusive from £39/week (£150 refundable deposit).
No licence, lots of cargo
Can I deliver in London without a licence?
Yes — the Cycl Carr-E is an electric cargo bike (EAPC), so you need no driving licence and no CBT to ride it for delivery in London. Otto rents it from £39 per week, all-inclusive of GPS tracking, free servicing and breakdown replacement, with a £150 refundable deposit and no credit check — and as an EAPC it legally needs no insurance. It’s Italian-made, with oversized racks for delivery loads and around 40 miles of range.
Because it can use cycle lanes and bus lanes, an e-bike is often faster than a moped on central London routes — with no fuel and no ULEZ. Collect at the Hammersmith workshop and deliver for Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Stuart or Relay. Prefer no licence but more battery? See the ETT Trayser 2.0.
