No, everyone is welcome at Otto Scooter. Although most of our vehicles are designed for delivery, they can also be used for regular commuting.
Deliveroo and Uber riders have a dedicated section on our website due to established partnerships with these companies.

Yes, if you are applying for an e-moped, due to insurance requirements, you must be over 21 years old.
However, if you are under 21, we can offer an e-bicycle as an alternative.

The minimum rental period depends on the type of contract chosen. The shortest option we currently offer is 4 weeks.

Our subscription includes the vehicle, maintenance, servicing, and anti-theft GPS. Insurance coverage depends on the type of vehicle and contract selected.
Full details will be explained during the application process.

To cancel your subscription, you must email our customer service team at least 7 days before your intended return date.
We also strongly recommend returning the vehicle one day before your next payment is due to avoid being charged for an additional period.

We are based in West London (South Acton area) and are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am- 6:00pm.

Our standard weekly rental service is available only in London, within the M25.
For customers outside this area, we may still offer our R2B scheme or a purchase option, depending on distance.

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with anti-theft GPS tracking.
However, this does not mean the vehicle can be left unlocked or unattended, as the hirer is responsible to keep the vehicle safe at all times.

Once you collect the vehicle, you’ll be asked to download our app. Through the app, you can report any issues, complete a problem form, and book a workshop appointment with our mechanic.
If the issue is urgent or if we are fully booked, please contact customer service so we can try to assist as quickly as possible.

We hope this never happens, but if it does, please notify us immediately by opening a support ticket through the app.
You will also be required to complete a few forms so we can submit the necessary information to our insurance provider.
